A good share of Peggy's work happens in hospital rooms and care residences, often on short notice and often for families sorting out an estate or a benefit claim under pressure. Tell her the facility and room number when you book, along with anything she should know about the signer's condition.
One requirement doesn't bend, wherever the appointment happens: the signer has to understand what they're swearing and do it freely. If Peggy can't satisfy herself of that, she can't commission the document — and she'll explain why rather than leave you guessing.

Urgent requests
Court filing deadline tomorrow? Flight on Friday and no consent letter? Call rather than email — urgent same-day bookings get triaged by phone, and hospital requests jump the queue where they can.
Outside the radius?
Longer trips are still possible at $1/km beyond 25 km. For anywhere outside Alberta, though, you'll need a commissioner or notary in that province — Alberta appointments stop at the border.
